Privacy policy

• Your details — name, email address and phone number when you order, create an account or contact us.
• Delivery information — delivery and billing addresses, including any you save to your account.
• Orders — what you bought, when, and your rewards points.
• Your account — your password (stored encrypted, never readable), and if you sign in with Google, your name, email and profile photo from Google.
• Things you send us — messages, reviews and newsletter sign-ups.
• How you use our site — pages visited and device information, collected through cookies (see below).

• To process your order, take payment and deliver it.
• To send order confirmations, tracking updates and replies to your questions.
• To run your account and rewards points.
• To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
• To improve our website and products.
• To send you news and offers — only if you've chosen to receive them.

We only share what each service needs to do its job:

• Stripe, to process your payment securely.
• Our fulfilment partners and couriers, who need your name, address and phone number to pack and deliver your order.
• Email and website service providers that help us send emails and run our store.
• Google and Meta, for website analytics and advertising (see cookies below).

Some of these providers store information overseas, including in the United States. We never sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. With analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, we also measure how our site is used and how well our ads work.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like signing in, may not work without them.

Our website uses secure (HTTPS) connections, passwords are stored encrypted, and payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.

• See or update your details — anytime in your account, or by asking us.
• Delete your account — contact us and we'll remove your details, except what we must keep by law (such as order records).
• Stop marketing emails — reply to any of our emails or contact us, and we'll take you off the list.
