Quick answers about delivery, returns, payments and your account.
It depends on your order and postcode, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Every product page has a delivery estimate. Orders over $99 have no standard delivery fee. Some items and destinations, such as heavy or bulky items and remote areas, still carry a freight charge, which is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, and Express 1–3 business days. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.
We email your tracking number when your order ships. You can also follow it in My orders, or with order lookup if you checked out as a guest.
We deliver to every state and territory. If an item can't reach your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, if it's unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return postage. Opened or used hygiene items can't be returned for change of mind.
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it under the Australian Consumer Law and cover the postage.
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank usually takes a further 3–10 business days to show it.
Yes, for a full refund until it ships. Go to My orders, or use order lookup if you checked out as a guest.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
Yes. All prices and totals are in AUD.

No, you can check out as a guest. With an account you can track orders, save addresses and earn rewards.
